Since graduating college one of my main focuses has been to live a healthier lifestyle. I have been trying to be more aware of my mind, my body and my spirit and take care of each part of my being. This journey drew me to the Tone It Up book by Katrina Scott and Karena Dawn.
Their book is a 28-Day guide to “Fit, Fierce and Fabulous” that promotes taking care of yourself both inside and out. The program includes recipes, workouts, and mental and spiritual practices. I love how Karena and Katrina approach fitness in a friendly and supportive way so their book seemed right up my alley.
With Memorial Day approaching I’m taking on the challenge May 1st and will be sharing my progress each week. My hopes are this book will help me grow stronger mentally, spiritually and of course, physically. Come join me on my journey!
