We all know the holidays can be tough. Especially if you’re hosting dinners and celebrations for your family and friends. The shopping, the wrapping, and the cooking, finding the time for it all can be exhausting. Sometimes you need to cut a few corners to fit it all in. That’s where my secret stuffing recipe comes in.
This recipe will save you some time without sacrifices flavor. The secret is using a few boxes of stove top but your guest won’t know the differences thanks to the other ingredients.
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 boxes of stove top stuffing
4 green peppers
1 yellow onion
2 packs of ground sausage
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Cook stove top according to packaging.
In a pan brown your sausage. Drain pan and set cooked sausage aside.
In that pan, saute your chopped green pepper and onion.
Add all of the that into the pot of stuffing with your two cans of cream of mushroom soup and begin folding together.
Pour your mixture into glass baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Broil on low for 10 minutes so the top layer gets crispy.
Serve to your family and friends around the holidays.

This looks incredible. I’m now in my second pregnancy and have found myself eating stuffing for breakfast now. I’m actually going to have to go out and buy some x

One of my favourite dishes during the holidays is the stuffing, I could eat it by itself if I was aloud. Great recipe!
