For a while now, I have been seeing my favorite beauty vloggers rave about the L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara. Many have claimed it is a dupe for the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara.

I have been a huge fan of the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara for a few years now so, I needed to see for myself if the L’Oreal version was worth the hype.

It took me a bit to hunt this mascara down but, I finally got my hands on it last week from my local target.

At first glance, you can see the packaging is almost identical. The wands look, very similar too.

But this dupe goes beyond looks. I tested both products on the eyes and I couldn’t tell which eye was the L’Oreal or the Too Faced.

The L’Oreal formula seemed a little drier in my opinion. I actually preferred this because I find the Better Than Sex to be a bit messy.

So here’s my final verdict: Yes, Yes, Yes the L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara is an exact dupe for the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara. L’Oreal will cost you about $9 and the Too Faced will cost you $23. I say save yourself some cash and go with the drugstore version.
