Let’s face it Mondays are hard! It’s enough of struggle to get my butt into work on time some Mondays. Who wants to come and have to worry about cooking dinner.
I found an easy solution to this problem… the Crock-Pot. All I have to do it set it up and it does all the cooking while I’m away at work.
Here is a super simple meal that you can enjoy on any busy night of the week.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2-3 packs of ribs (I got mine buy two get one free at acme!)
2-3 bottles of your favorite barbecue sauce
and you can add in a sliced onion for added flavor
Step 1
Line your Crock-Pot with barbecue sauce
Step 2
Add sliced onions
Step 3
Cut ribs into smaller pieces
Step 4
Stack cut ribs into Crock-Pot and add barbecue sauce as you go
Wrap up and put in fridge until the morning if you are cooking for the next night’s dinner
Or
Put Crock-Pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours
Once ready the ribs will be so juicy and delicious the meat will fall off the bone!!
Speaking of fall off the bone, you will probably have a ton of leftovers from this meal. To get an extra dinner out of it, you can pull the pork meat off the ribs and save to make pulled pork sandwiches for lunch or dinner the next day. My brother and I like to add some pepper jack cheese for some added zing!
I hope you enjoy!
