Thrifting is my latest hobby. If I have free-time you can find me perusing the aisles of my favorite thrift stores. I usually don’t go in with the intention of finding anything in particular but I always leave with something.
Here are a few things I got for the fall season. I got everything from my local Platos Closet. I find that they have a lot of on-trend brands. The store is also set up to highlight those brands so, I it makes my shopping really easy.
White Free People Sweater – $16 *not pictured 😦
I felt like a cute snuggled polar bear when I tried this on. I am looking forward to wearing this when the weather gets cooler.
Blue Free People Tank- $10
I think this tank is cute to wear spring through fall. I think it would look really cute with some denim shorts in the warmer seasons. I recently paired this with a long sweater and jeans to go to a concert. It was cute and comfy, my favorite.
Black North Face Jacket – $40
I have always wanted a North Face Jacket but never wanted to commit to spending a 100 plus dollars on a fleece zip-up. I got this lightly-worn jacket for around $40 which, may be pricy for a thrift store. I am still happy about this purchase considering even on sale, their jackets typically run for almost double what I paid.
Maroon Francesca’s Vest- $16
I cannot wait to wear this over light sweater and long sleeve tees when the temperatures get a little bit cooler. I have been on the hunt for a vest like since I saw a cute layered look by J.Crew. I love the color for fall as well.
Eagles Sweatshirt – $10
To me, nothing says fall like a big hoodie and leggings. This sweatshirt will be my Sunday uniform for the rest of the season. I see myself watching football games and eating some tailgate food in this a lot.
Tan Free People Sweater Tank – $16
This is probably my favorite thing that I got. I wore it with jeans and booties recently and it looked so effortlessly cool. I also layered it with a leather jacket at night so, this sweater’s life can be extended to the cooler months.
