This sangria is perfect for enjoying the last month or so of summer. It’s light and fruity and perfect to sip by the pool, on the beach or at a picnic/barbecue.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 bottle of Moscato
2 cans of Sprite
1 cup of pineapple rum
2 cups of pineapple juice
Your favorite tropical fruits (Unfortunately, we only had peaches on hand but pineapples, mangos, limes, oranges, and grapefruit would be great touches)
Instructions:
Fill a large pitcher or jug with ice and fruit. Be sure to save some fruit to garnish your glasses.
Pour in remaining ingredients, wine, sprites, rum and juice in your jug or pitcher.
Stir to mix together.
Enjoy with friends.
What’s your favorite late summer activity?

I had never thought to use peaches in sangria before but that looks delicious and simple! I’ll be trying that sometime 🙂
