4 Ingredient Crock-Pot Orange Chicken

Lately, I’ve been all about the cheap and easy meals. The less time and money they cost, the better! Of course, this is without sacrificing flavor. This meal below checks all those boxes. It’s cheap, it’s easy to make (requires 4 ingredients), and it sure is yummy! My favorite thing about this recipe is it makes a lot of food.

1 pound of boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, thawed
¾ cup of sweet orange marmalade
¾ cup of BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. Of Soy Sauce

I typically buy one jar of the marmalade and one bottle of the BBQ sauce, this allows me to make the dish twice, giving me more for my money!

To make this dish, place the full chicken breast in the Crock-Pot without any seasoning.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. Drain the juices from the Crock-Pot.
After this I remove the chicken and cut it into small cubes and transfer back to the Crock-Pot.

My husband and boys would love this! I’m a vegetarian, so I wouldn’t eat it but I’m always cooking meat for them so I will have to try this for them. Thanks for the recipe!
